New Directions

With major roadworks scheduled over the next 14 months in the Jandakot area …..

You can avoid the drama with new directions and planning an alternate route prior to heading off to visit Car Giant WA & Cockburn Central Hyundai.

We recommend the following 3 alternative routes in place of the traditional Armadale Road access off the Freeway South.

  1. When driving South from Perth :  Take Berrigan Drive exit heading East, turn right onto Prinsep Road, travel approx 1 km then left onto Cutter Road for approx 1.2km, then right onto Solomon Road. Drive to the end of Solomon and you will be greeted with alternate entry points into both Car Giant WA and Cockburn Central Hyundai.
  2. When approaching from the East or West:  From Armadale Road, in either direction, turn right onto Verde Drive through to the second roundabout and turn left onto Solomon.. Drive to the Southern end of Solomon and you will be greeted with alternate entry points into both Car Giant WA and Cockburn Central Hyundai.
  3. When approaching from the South:  Take Russell Gibbs Road exit heading East until it turns into Tapper Road, follow all the way to Armadale Road drive straight ahead onto Verde Drive, at the second roundabout turn left into Solomon. Drive to the Southern end of Solomon and you will see Car Giant WA and Cockburn Central Hyundai on your Right.

Please note: Car Park access onsite at Cockburn Central Motors has changed, the entry point to the onsite customer car parking has moved approx. 150 further North on Solomon Road.

In the interim if your require assistance with directions please call 08 9520 5149 during business hours. Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri 08:00 – 18:00, Wed 08:00-21:00, Sat 08:00-13:00

Future Access

Ultimately the short term inconvenience will pass and the Armadale Road to North Lake Road Bridge will provide the necessary congestion relief  to facilitate the expansion of both residential and commercial projects in the area, the video animation below is a great overview of what the future holds.  You can keep up to date with the schedule and milestones on the Main Roads Western Australia website.
